Meet our team

Good people.
Great work.

We're proud of the projects we build. But we're even prouder of the people behind them. Meet the personalities, experiences, and people who make Triumph Construction what it is.

Pam LeCount

President & CFO

Long before Triumph Construction became what it is today, Pam LeCount had a vision for building a business where doing the right thing and treating people well would always matter.

That journey began in 1998 when she founded Style Building Supply. A few years later, in 2004, she started Triumph Construction, creating another opportunity to build something lasting.

A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Pam has spent more than 28 years in the industry. But ask her what she's most proud of, and it isn't simply the number of years or projects. It's the people who have helped make Triumph what it is.

Pam believes a successful company is built on honesty, hard work, and relationships that stand the test of time. She's proud of the dependable team at Triumph and the environment they've created together.

For Pam, the best part of building a business has been building a team worth believing in.

John B. LeCount

Vice President & COO

With nearly three decades of professional experience and 27 years dedicated to Triumph Construction and its associated operations, John B. LeCount has helped shape the company's foundation, values, and commitment to excellence.

Before his career with Triumph, John served in operations leadership roles at Sysco Foods and McMahon Foods. With a degree in Industrial Management and minors in Psychology and Sociology, he developed a leadership philosophy grounded in accountability, integrity, and an understanding of people.

For John, Triumph is more than a construction company. It's something he takes tremendous pride in having built. His belief that doing things the right way is the only way has helped establish a culture where trust matters, relationships are valued, and employees are treated like family.

When asked what People Centric means to him, John's answer reflects the heart of Triumph's philosophy: building a company designed to take care of its people. That commitment extends to the customers, partners, and communities Triumph serves.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time in the woods and appreciating the outdoors.

Eric Mayer

Vice President of Construction

Eric Mayer has always been someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and, even better, how to make them work.

His introduction to construction came alongside his dad, working on projects around the house. What started as hands-on experience eventually became a career that took him through excavation, plumbing, sales, estimating, and project management.

Along the way, Eric served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, including a deployment to Afghanistan, and earned his MBA. He's now spent 18 years in construction, including the last 10 with Triumph.

But what makes Eric tick isn't just solving problems or seeing a project finished. It's the people involved. He enjoys helping teammates grow, finding solutions together, and watching a group of individuals accomplish something they're proud of.

That same enthusiasm carries into life outside the office. Eric loves exploring national parks and camping with his wife and two daughters, plays guitar in a band, and serves on the Board of Directors for Rooted and Free Schoolhouse.

Whether he's working through a construction challenge or planning the next outdoor adventure, Eric enjoys bringing people together and making things happen.

For Brad, what makes Triumph special is its family-oriented work environment and the shared commitment to taking care of customers. He values being part of a team that puts people first and takes pride in the relationships built along the way.

Jeff Poteet

Senior Project Manager

Some people join a company and become part of the team. Others stay long enough to become part of its story. For Jeff, it's been more than 20 years of both.

As Senior Project Manager at Triumph Construction, Jeff has spent more than two decades helping bring projects to life. Along the way, he's become a familiar and valued part of the company, bringing years of experience and an understanding of what it takes to keep projects moving forward.

One of Jeff's key responsibilities is overseeing Triumph's work with Beacon Builders, where his experience in project coordination and construction management plays an important role in bringing each project together.

There's something special about spending more than 20 years with one company. It's more than knowing the work. It's knowing the people, understanding the history, and being part of something that continues to grow.

Jeff's story is a reminder that great companies aren't built overnight. They're built through years of dedication, lasting relationships, and people who take pride in what they do.

And after more than two decades, Jeff continues to be an important part of the Triumph story.

Ryan Henrickson

Project Manager

With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including five years with Triumph Construction, Ryan Henrickson brings hands-on knowledge, dedication, and a strong commitment to quality to every project he manages.

Ryan's construction career began in high school, where he developed an early interest in the building process. He later gained valuable experience working for a residential construction company that built homes from the ground up. One of his proudest accomplishments is building his own home, an experience that reflects both his craftsmanship and personal dedication to the industry.

At Triumph, Ryan values the family atmosphere and the relationships that make the company special. He believes in doing the job right and putting people first, recognizing that while technology can improve how we work, it's the people behind every project who make the difference.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys flying helicopters, playing sports, riding four-wheelers, and spending time with family.

Travis VanOsdol

Project Manager

Some people have a natural ability to connect with just about anyone. Travis is one of those people.

As a Project Manager at Triumph Construction, Travis understands that successful projects involve more than schedules, materials, and coordination. They involve people, and that's where he really shines.

Whether he's meeting someone for the first time, working alongside subcontractors, or communicating with clients, Travis brings an easygoing, personable approach that helps people feel comfortable and heard.

He's someone who understands the value of a conversation, the importance of building trust, and how much stronger a team can be when people genuinely connect.

At Triumph, that ability to build relationships is more than a personality trait. It's part of what makes him such a valuable member of the team.

Jacob LeCount

Business Development

Jacob brings a forward-thinking, people-first approach to business development at Triumph Construction. Combining hands-on construction experience with a passion for leadership, strategic growth, and meaningful relationships, he is dedicated to expanding opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and helping shape the company's future.

A graduate of Ball State University, Jacob brings a strong foundation in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to his professional career. With experience in construction project supervision, he understands that successful projects begin long before construction starts. His background in project coordination, client relations, and construction operations allows him to connect business opportunities with the practical realities of bringing projects to life.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jacob brings an international perspective shaped in part by spending nearly two years living in Argentina. His time abroad deepened his appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of communicating. Today, his bilingual abilities help him build meaningful relationships with clients, trade partners, and community members across diverse backgrounds, strengthening collaboration throughout the construction industry.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Jacob is passionate about authenticity, inclusion, and creating opportunities for people to succeed while being themselves. He believes diverse perspectives strengthen organizations, inspire innovation, and contribute to more connected communities. For Jacob, meaningful leadership is about more than professional achievement. It's about helping others feel valued, respected, and empowered.

At Triumph, Jacob focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding community engagement, and contributing to the company's long-term vision. He is particularly passionate about bringing people, ideas, and resources together to support sustainable growth while preserving the integrity, personal relationships, and collaborative culture that define Triumph.

Outside of work, Jacob has completed two marathons, reflecting his dedication to perseverance, discipline, and personal growth. He enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and staying active in his community. Above all, he treasures time with his family and friends, recognizing that the relationships we build and nurture are among life's greatest accomplishments.

For Jacob, Triumph's People Centric philosophy represents more than a guiding principle. It reflects his belief that the strongest organizations are built by investing in people, embracing different perspectives, and creating relationships that extend far beyond any single project.

His philosophy is simple: Great relationships create great opportunities, and great people build stronger communities.
